Requirements: Application for notarial services form (available at the Consular Section of the Embassy); original and copy of PRC Oath of Professionalism form; passport copy

Procedure: Submit the required documents to counter no. 5 of the Consular Section for processing; pay the required fee and arrange with the Consular Assistant at the counter for your oath-taking before the Consular Officer; with your machine validated invoice claim your duly notarized oath form from the same counter

NOTE: You would need to issue a Special Power of Attorney to any individual whom you wish to appoint to present your duly notarized oath to the PRC and secure your PRC ID on your behalf.
