The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh announces the temporary suspension of E-Passport appointments through SMS or text messages effective 01 June 2012. This is for both consular outreach and for appointments in Riyadh.

All applicants for renewal are advised to schedule an appointment for the renewal of their passport through the Embassy’s website www.philembassy-riyadh.org. The online appointment system allows the passport applicant to choose the date and time of their preferred appointment, and confirms through an email sent by the software.

Applicants for lost passport replacement and for new passport for infant do not need an appointment, and may proceed directly to the counter to accomplish the supporting documents for a passport.  This temporary suspension has been implemented to unclog the overbooking of appointments due to multiple bookings made by some applicants.  For details, please call the Consular Section at 01-4823816.
