Refunds of contributions from the General Organization for Social Insurance are only for its expatriate members who have worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and were members of GOSI since its establishment on 15 November 1969 until 31 December 1987.

Expatriates who worked in the Kingdom and were enrolled in GOSI from 01 January 1988 up to the present are not entitled to claim refunds of GOSI contributions.
